We carefully inspect all EZ-Trimmers before they are shipped. If you receive a defective EZ-Trimmer, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us on our Contact page to begin the process. We will not replace EZ-Trimmers intentionally damaged.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and share the reason for your return.
The cost of shipping from any refunds given. Refunds will not be paid until after receipt of the returned EZ-Trimmers.
